Suggested Use

For Adults and Children over 12 years take 1 tablespoon up to 2 times daily. Best taken before or between meals. 

Directions

Mix 1 tablespoon (5g) Psyllium with at least 200ml of water, juice or your favourite beverage. Stir & drink immediately. If too thick, add more liquid & stir. Drink an additional glass of water afterwards to ensure hydration.

Vegan Egg Replacer

To replace one egg, mix 1 tablespoon of ground psyllium husks with 2 tablespoons of water and leave for 20 minutes to thicken; for cakes, add 1 teaspoon of baking powder to lighten the texture.
