These Cookies have intense peanut butter flavour that shines through the almond flour, butter and eggs. We use Erythritol -sugar alcohol that occurs naturally in certain plants, fruits and Fungi. This sugar is low in calories and zero GI making it perfect for diabetics. I hope you enjoy these cookies as much as my family does.
