Directions
Warm the mug, pour boiling water over the teabag and leave in for at least 3 mins. ( you can leave it in for a stronger flavour). Add milk and sweetener to taste.
Spice Mix can also be used to make Mulled Wine in winter, add to curries, or even brew and add the liquid to cakes or biscuits.
