He eats this very Super Grain - an impressive mix of superfood quinoa colours. A slightly chewy blend of plant-based goodness. Itās naturally nourishing, with protein and dietary fibre, itāll have you feeling pretty super too.
To cook: Rinse under running water. In a pot, put in a cup of Super Grain Mix with two cups of water or stock, cover and bring to the boil. Reduce heat to simmer until all liquid is absorbed, about 20-25 minutes.
