This stone ground cornmeal is created from the same high-quality, whole grain yellow corn as our legendary corn meal. It makes spectacular gluten free cornbread—try it in a cast iron skillet—but you can also use it to make blueberry muffins, delicate butter corn cake, creamy polenta, batter for corn dogs and much more.

Our best tip for fantastic cornbread: use only the best ingredients. Our cornmeal is prized by cornbread enthusiasts because we leave in the germ and bran! This yields added nutrition and gives cornbread an unbelievable flavor and texture. (Our second-best cornbread tip: don’t overmix when adding the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients!)
