We have been supplying pure Australian honey in and around the Mountains and Central Tablelands for the better part of the last decade.
Bees roam from tree to tree collecting sweet nectar from the flowers converting this into honey back at the hive. The flavour of honey that is produced will depend on which flower’s nectar the bees have collected. Different areas have different flowering trees at different times of the year. So, the location and time of year are critical for the variety of honey that is available.
Iron Bark
Harvested from the Ironbark tree. This is a soft, mellow honey with a similar taste to Yellow Box and is generally light in colour.Â
